Nelson School Supply guarantees our products from defects in quality and workmanship with an exchange of the SAME SIZE AND PRODUCT, however, our guarantee does not include everyday normal wear and tear.  Exchange will be given: 1. To the original customer.  2. With the packing slip or receipt.  3.  Defective items must be laundered before returning to Nelson School Supply.

• You may return your purchase WITHIN 4 MONTHS of purchase date for a merchandise refund at Nelson School Supply or ship directly to our store.
• A prompt refund will be issued in the same payment method as the original purchase.
• No refunds or exchanges will be made on items washed, worn, altered, with tags removed or name/logo  written in or on garment.
• Special sizes CANNOT be returned for REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
